Astor Neighborhood Walking Tour

Available to groups of 10-25 visitors by appointment May 1st to Sept. 30th

Tour with Business Meeting

Available to groups of 10-24 visitors by appointment Sept. 1st to April 30th
Guided tour of Hazelwood Museum followed by your organization's business meeting in the
   Byron L. Walter Family Community Room.

Restrooms
Refreshments can be provided by prior arrangement 

Fee:   Varies based on group size, length of meeting (2 hour meeting maximum) and refreshments chosen.

Formal Tea

Available to groups of 10-24 visitors by appointment any day from Sept. 1st to April 30th
Guided tour of Hazelwood Museum
Tour of Hazelwood grounds – weather permitting
Shopping in Hazelnut Sales Gallery
Restrooms
Formal luncheon tea served in the Byron L. Walter Family Community Room; table set-up
   with table cloths and napkins, china and flatware; two food courses - Savory and Sweet

Fee:  $10.00 per visitor

Package #7
Special Event (bridal or baby shower, etc.) and Tea

Available to groups of 10-24 visitors by appointment any day from Sept. 1st to April 30th

Book browsing in the Kellogg Preservation Library
Restrooms and parking available

Included:
1. Meeting or event space (up to 30 people) in the Byron L. Walter Community Room.
2. Table set up:  Card tables with 4 chairs each (up to 6 sets) or or 6 ft tables (up to 4);
chairs (up to 24)

Not Included:
1. Food (unless specifically requested - price and menu to be negotiated)
2. Special decorations
3. China and flatware (unless specifically requested - limited quanities available for use at rental fees below.)

Available For Rent 

Linens
table cloths (white or burgundy) - card table size $.75 ea
table cloths (white only) - six foot table size $1.00 ea
cloth napkins (white only) $.50 ea

Dishes and flatware:
   1 – 10 people $5.00
  10 – 25 people $10.00

Fee:  $5.00 per visitor, plus any of the above rental items – due upon arrival
